my pilates instructor let me try it out after my session this morning for 5 minutes...I almost fell asleep.OH MY GOODNESS, I wanted 10 more minutes.WOW. If you ever have the opportunity to try it out, you will NOT be disappointed.Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to get a package so I can use it when ever I want.
